Booking & Payment
1. Booking Process: All bookings are to be made via our online form on the website.
2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
3. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfer (on request).

Cancellations & Rescheduling
1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are permitted only if the studio is contacted via email at pure.studio.nl@gmail.com at least 7 working days before the booked session.
2. Studio Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Pure Studio needs to cancel a session, clients will be offered the choice to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Session Details
1. Arriving Late: Sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of the client’s arrival time. For example, if a session is booked between 14:00 and 15:00, it will conclude at 15:00.
2. Children & Props: The studio is equipped with various props and equipment. Clients are responsible for the safety and proper use of all equipment during their session. Equipment will be inspected after each session, and any damage will be noted.

Photo Usage & Privacy
1. Copyright: Copyright of all photos/videos belongs to the person who took the photographs/videos and also the subject(s) of the photographs/videos.
2. Client Permissions: Photos taken during sessions may only be used for promotional purposes with the client’s explicit agreement.
3. Privacy: All personal information collected from clients will be securely stored and will not be shared with third parties.

Liability & Safety
1. Damage or Injury: Clients are responsible for any damages to studio equipment or injuries caused by their actions or negligence.
2. Force Majeure: Pure Studio will not be held liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or illness.

Additional Details
1. Time Limits: Sessions are strictly timed to ensure availability for other bookings. Unfortunately, we cannot offer flexibility on this.
2. Studio Rules: No outside food or drinks are allowed. Water, tea, and coffee are provided within the studio.
3. Refunds: All payments are non-refundable as the service provided is time-based and cannot be returned.
